100% Birch Plywood

100% Birch Plywood is made by gluing together a multiple plies of birch wood. There is always an odd number of veneers and each ply is at a right angle to the one below, which gives the material superior stability and strength. The type of glue and the thickness of plywood determine the suitability of a sheet for a particular application.

Each sheet of our Birch Plywood features exceptional strength and the ability to be finished to meet your project needs. The front, back and inner plies are all quality one-piece sheets, which result in excellent screw holding power.

Birch Plywood may be used inside and outside. It is graded for exterior or interior use depending upon the water resistance of the glue.

Strong, stable, and void-free, birch plywood is the perfect choice for jigs, fixtures, and shop storage projects. Birch plywood can be used for a variety of applications including for making cabinetry, closets, and other types of furniture. Birch plywood also is a high-quality construction material with an excellent durability and resistance to moisture.

We use the grade system same as Finland and Russia big factories and standard. We use two kinds of face veneer for our birch plywood, one is thin face veneer as 0.3-0.35mm, another is thick face birch veneer as 1.2-1.5mm.
